Stage 1: Inspecting access beneath a suspended timber floor
This home’s accessible subfloor contains timber flooring supports, masonry piers and exposed soil. The technician worked around pier bases and foundation locations specified in the treatment scope. Under-house treatments require an assessment of available clearance, safe access and the actual construction details.
Stage 2: Termidor HE treatment around subfloor piers and soil
The photographs show liquid treatment being applied to accessible soil close to brick support piers.
